Grit Blasting Machine
The Grit Blasting Machine has efficiently been used on stone, metal, plastic, glass, and ceramics also for surface preparation. A grit blasting machine is a safe, economical, and high productivity system created for a large number of surface preparations using a wide range of Aluminium grit, steel shots, glass beads, abrasive garnet, copper slag, plastic media, steel grit, cut wire shots. Blasting machines are used for the removal of oil, old paint, rust, grease, and other foreign particles. Its pressure vessels are tested to 250 PSI. Portable shot blasting machines are air-operated. Which size of air compressor is required is depends upon the size of the nozzle and pressure pot capacity.
A portable grit blasting machine is available with remote control and without a remote control. In a remote control blasting machine deadman handle is used with a blasting nozzle. Deadman handle is connected to the remote through a twin hose pipe. Grit Blasting Cabinets are used for the dust-free blasting process. In which dust collector is used to extract dust from the cabinet and make it visible for the operator. The grit storage capacity of the blasting machines is different, it depends upon the pressure pot size. As per the size of machines working output is also varies. Grit blasting machines are available in various sizes and the size of the blasting nozzle and blasting hose also vary according to the blasting machine. The nozzle is available from 5 mm - 10 mm & blasting hose sizes are available from 19 mm - 32 mm.
