Metalizing Wire
The Metalizing Wire is widely used in increasing the life of components by preventing them from oxidation. Zinc & aluminium spray wire is used in an arc spray gun, and flame spray gun. The sequence of 85/15 combines the galvanic protection properties of zinc sacrificing itself in preference to the steel and resist oxidation. The aluminium wire provides passive barrier protection & together, zinc wire and aluminium wire give a superior corrosion-resistant sprayed coating. Metalizing wires used in a thermal spray for a variety of applications of protective coatings for the purpose of corrosion resistance such as aluminium, zinc, or a combination of both, and other metal wire & their alloy. It is a process where a wire form of metal is melted and is sprayed onto another metal surface for the purpose of creating surface wear-resistant, control corrosion, adhesion, or restore dimensions.
