Nozzle Holder

Types of Sandblasting Nozzle

Straight Bore Sandblasting Nozzle

Straight bore blasting nozzle in which compressed air enters through the converging left side of the straight bore nozzle is accelerating the abrasive media or particle suspended in the flow. These abrasive media particles are exit the nozzle's tight stream and create a narrow path, concentrated or silent blasting pattern upon the impact surface. The advantages of a straight bore blasting nozzle are ideal for smaller jobs, parts cleaning operations are easy and it can clean handrails. Easy to operate. 

Venturi Sandblasting Nozzle

The venturi nozzle has a converging entry and a diverging exit. This shape is meant to supply an impact that greatly accelerates the airflow and media particles. The venturi effect is an airflow accelerates while passing through construction, there is a corresponding drop by pressure. Besides producing an incredible acceleration, the angled shape nozzle of the diverging end spreads out the flow, producing an outsized blast pattern and a more uniform particle distribution than a standard bore nozzle. Double Venturi Sandblasting Nozzle

A double venturi nozzle is double as compared to a venturi blasting nozzle with an extra-wide exit opening and holes at the diverging end. According to the double venturi effect, as the velocity of the flow increases, the pressure drops of creating a vacuum between the shockwave and throat of the double venturi blasting nozzle, reducing abrasive material velocity. Wide Throat Sandblasting Nozzle

The wide throat is also called a Broad throat nozzle is a broad throat and an extra-1/4 inch wide converging section. When used with a hosepipe with matching inside diameter (and with a corresponding air volume increase), the wide throat nozzle can improve productivity or manufactured level up to 15% over a long Venturi nozzle.
