The Sand Blasting Machine has efficiently been used on glass, ceramics, stone, metal, and plastic also for surface preparation. The portable sandblasting machine works on the pressure blasting principle. Its pressure vessels are tested to 250 PSI. A portable sand blasting machine is air-operated for that air compressor is used. Which size of air compressor is required is depends upon the size of the nozzle and pressure pot capacity.
A portable sand blasting machine is available with remote control and without a remote control. In a remote control blasting machine deadman handle is used with a blasting nozzle. Deadman handle is connected to the remote through a twin hose pipe. The sand storage capacity of the blasting machines is different, it depends upon the pressure pot size. As per the size of machines working output is also varies. Sand blasting machines are available in various sizes and the size of the blasting nozzle and blasting hose also vary according to the blasting machine. The nozzle is available from 5 mm - 10 mm & blasting hose sizes are available from 19 mm - 32 mm.
